Inventio is an AI business development department for industrial B2B companies: it shows which companies are worth selling to, when and with what to approach them – and makes sure it actually happens.
Example cascade for a mid-sized European manufacturer. Each stage has its own conversion rate, and the tool tracks it continuously — automatically, from the activity log.
Most mid-sized manufacturers have no business development team of their own – salespeople look after existing customers and have no time left for new markets. Inventio does this work alongside them: from public sources and the company's own materials it finds suitable companies at home and abroad, prepares a one-page map with the decision-makers for each, and watches for events that open an opportunity. It tells the salesperson whom to approach, with which argument and when, and records meeting notes and emails with almost no typing. Management sees not just activity, but where new customers and revenue are coming from.
Inventio is a layer on top of your CRM that stands in for the business developer you do not have. Its value is measured in results, not in the number of features.
CRMs record sales. Databases deliver lists. Inventio delivers a recommendation based on your products and makes sure it is acted on.
Others deliver lists of companies and contacts. Inventio tells you who, why, when and with what — always based on your own products and references.
Projects, RFQs, the value chain, tenders, Slovak and Czech registers, long sales cycles and several people on the buyer's side. In English, Slovak and Czech.
Deployment with a proven business development method and, if needed, managed business development. Can be rolled out across a whole group of companies.
You do not have to change your CRM. Inventio feeds it companies, decision-makers and next steps — and the results can be measured.
Five steps of business development in one tool. AI works with public sources and your company's own materials — a person always reviews and confirms the result.
AI reads your website and proposes what you sell, to whom and why. You review the proposal — a setup guide walks you through the first steps.
Products, references, ideal customer and rules. Every analysis, map and outreach text builds on them.
Enter the region, the type of company and what it should be buying. AI finds real companies and explains why they fit.
Revenue, management, portfolio, projects and an assessment of the potential — from registers and the web, for one company or the whole database.
People from LinkedIn, confirmed by a human. A role for each: who decides, who influences, who could block — and who you have not met yet.
Once a week: investments, contracts, tenders and management changes at your companies and in your industry, each with a suggested next step.
A one-screen brief: what we know about the company, who is across the table, arguments, questions, objections and the next step.
A few sentences into the phone after a meeting, emails via BCC. After an email goes out, the follow-up schedules itself.
Every company has a next step and a due date. Steps also appear in Outlook or Google Calendar, and a summary arrives by email each morning.
A product-by-customer matrix shows what a partner does not buy yet but could.
Value-chain levels on large projects and a register of requests for quotation with response deadlines.
What Inventio found and what came of it — outreach, meetings, RFQs, deals and time saved. A PDF report in one click.
English, Slovak and Czech · laptop and phone · each company sees only its own data · export to Raynet, Pipedrive and HubSpot
Not another spreadsheet to fill in. The tool brings the prompts; the salesperson decides and records.
An email summary of events at your companies: investments, contracts, tenders. The best ones become a next step in one click.
Lead search by region and by what companies buy. For the shortlisted ones, a company map and decision-makers from LinkedIn straight away.
A brief before the meeting and a one-page company map. A first-email draft in the customer's language, built on your company's facts.
After the meeting, a few sentences dictated into the phone. Emails with the customer are logged via BCC and the follow-up schedules itself.
KPIs, results and the period report are assembled from the activity log. Management sees the status without a meeting or a spreadsheet.
The best time to approach a company is when it is investing, has just won a contract or is hiring a new buyer. Inventio watches for that for you.
Production starts in 2027; the purchasing team is being hired right now.
→ Approach the new head of purchasing with an offer to supply the production ramp-up.
Bids due in 3 weeks; track superstructure material is part of the scope.
→ Follow the lot winners and offer them material as a subcontractor.
Illustrative example — in the tool every signal links to its source.
Add the inquiry form to your website with one line of code. When a customer submits it, Inventio creates the company from the business register, adds the contact and the inquiry with a reply deadline, and gives the salesperson a next step for today. Nothing is retyped.
Demo with sample data — try submitting itThe demo runs only in your browser — nothing is sent.
Send your offer as a personal link instead of an attachment. You see when they opened it, whether they forwarded it to a colleague, what they downloaded and whether they clicked “I’m interested”. Inventio turns that into a signal and suggests the next step — all linked to the right company.
Demo with sample data — play itDear Mr Novak, as agreed at our meeting, here is our offer for the cylinders for your new line.
The demo runs only in your browser — nothing is sent.
Workspaces built from real engagements — not demo data.
Negotiations with engine and data-centre technology manufacturers across Europe, each with its NDA status and next step.
A partner network in twelve countries, by category from developers to liquid-cooling specialists, plus verified competitor profiles.
Runs on standard web hosting and opens in the browser on laptop and phone.
Your company has its own separate workspace. Export to CSV or JSON, and directly for Raynet, Pipedrive or HubSpot — at any time, including a complete exit with your data.
Web research only accepts links that were actually found. What cannot be verified stays empty — better that than a plausible guess.
Each type of analysis has its own written rules that you can read and edit. You can see why an output looks the way it does.
AI suggests — contacts, notes, next steps and outreach texts are confirmed by the salesperson. Nothing is sent or saved without them.
Clients see only their own workspace and manage their colleagues there. A view-only role for management, and the monthly AI budget under control.
You store business data and your partners’ contacts in Inventio. This is how we protect them — we only state what we can back up.
The application, database and backups are in two data centres in Bratislava (Websupport). The provider is subject to the Slovak Cybersecurity Act.
All communication with the application uses HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or 1.3. Older, vulnerable versions are disabled on the server.
A company sees only its own workspace. Role-based access (owner, editor, view-only), an activity log and login protection against password guessing.
The host backs up every day to a different data centre, and Inventio additionally makes its own consistent database backup. Both are kept for 14 days.
AI runs via the Anthropic API (Claude). Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, API content is not used to train models and inputs are deleted within 30 days.
We sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with a list of sub-processors. Export your data at any time; we delete it when we part ways.
The first step is an initial analysis: we take over your materials and prepare a market map, a list of target companies with company maps, and a presentation for management. Only then do you decide whether to continue with managed business development or take the tool on a subscription for your own team.
