This page explains what personal data we process, why, for how long and what your rights are. For the Inventio service we distinguish two situations: data for which we are the controller (e.g. user accounts, communication with us), and data that our customers enter into their own space in Inventio — there the customer is the controller and we are the processor.
The controller is Cube Capital s.r.o., registered office Rovensko 94, 905 01 Rovensko, Slovak Republic, Company ID 51 062 607, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trnava, section Sro, file no. 40648/T. Contact for data protection questions: info@inventio.sk.
We have not appointed a data protection officer (DPO), as the scope and nature of our activities do not require it. We handle all requests via the e-mail above.
Communication and inquiries. When you write to us or request a demo: name, company, e-mail, phone, content of the message. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering questions (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Kept for 2 years from the last communication if no contract is concluded.
Customers and contracts. Contact and billing details of persons concluding or performing a contract on behalf of a customer. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Accounting records are kept for 10 years under the Slovak Accounting Act; other data for the term of the contract and 3 years after it ends because of possible claims.
User accounts in Inventio. Name, e-mail, role, password (only as a one-way hash), chosen language, time of last sign-in and an activity log including the IP address at sign-in and failed attempts. Legal basis: performance of the contract with the customer on whose behalf you use the account, and our legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Kept for as long as access exists; after an account is cancelled or the contract ends we delete the data within 30 days (backups expire within 14 days).
Visiting the website. inventio.sk uses no analytics or advertising tools and the landing page stores no cookies. The hosting web server records technical data about requests (IP address, time, page address, browser type) for security and troubleshooting — the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); these logs are kept for a limited time according to the hosting provider’s settings.
Approaching companies. In our own business development we may process business contact details of company representatives from public sources (name, position, company, business e-mail or LinkedIn profile) to offer them the Inventio service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this at any time — we will then stop using the data. Kept for at most 2 years from the last contact.
Companies using Inventio keep their business contacts, inquiries and communication in it. The respective company is responsible for this data as the controller; we process it only on its instructions and under the data processing agreement.
Inquiry form. If you send an inquiry via an Inventio form on a company’s website, the form data (name, company, company ID, e-mail, phone, message, attachments) goes to that company. You will find information on processing in its privacy policy, which the form links to.
Tracked offer. If a company sends you a link to an offer in Inventio, the time and duration of viewing, attachment downloads, clicks on “I’m interested”, browser type and a pseudonymised hash of the IP address are recorded (the IP address itself is not stored). Nothing is stored on your device. The company can thus see whether and when you opened the offer — the offer page informs you of this.
If data in a company’s space concerns you, please contact that company directly. If you write to us, we will forward your request to it without delay.
Some features (analyses, company maps, signals, text drafts, summaries) use the Claude model of Anthropic, PBC (USA) via API. AI receives only the material needed for the specific task. Under Anthropic’s terms, data sent via the API is not used to train models and is generally deleted within 30 days.
AI results are suggestions for a human. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you (Art. 22 GDPR). The fit score rates companies, not individuals.
Data is processed by our processors: WebSupport s.r.o. (hosting, e-mail; Slovakia) and Anthropic, PBC (AI processing; USA). We may also disclose it to public authorities where required by law and to our advisers (e.g. accountant, lawyer) bound by confidentiality.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
We store data in Slovakia. For AI features, the necessary material is transferred to Anthropic, PBC in the USA on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We will provide a copy of the safeguards on request.
You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Send your request to info@inventio.sk. We will reply within one month; in complex cases we may extend this by two further months and will let you know.
If you believe the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk, or with the supervisory authority in your EU member state.
How we protect data is described on the Security page. The cookies used by the application are listed in the cookie policy.
We may update this policy, for example when the service or processors change. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
